Migrating from Kajabi means exporting people and files, recreating access, and rebuilding pipelines and pages. Card details and active subscriptions stay with Kajabi. Start a 14-day WithMe trial.
WithMe includes a free migration with the yearly plan ($25/month billed annually, UK £25), up to 10 GB. It is not included on monthly billing. A free check, with no card, starts at the switch page.
The steps below follow WithMe's public Kajabi guide (help centre article 14853708, checked 16 October 2026). WithMe is an all-in-one creator hub, the simplicity of Stan Store with the functionality of Kajabi, used by 8,000+ creators, with a 14-day trial and 0% WithMe commission.
What do you export from Kajabi?
Do this before you cancel anything. Original files make the move faster than pulling videos one by one.
- People, then Export: names and emails for every member and subscriber.
- Course videos, PDFs, audio, and downloads. Keep the original files if you still have them.
- A note of which members can open which products, so access can be matched.
- Screenshots of pipeline and sequence structure. Those automations do not export.
- Your logo and brand colours, so the new hub does not start from a blank theme.
What moves from Kajabi, and what do you rebuild?
Free migration, yearly plan, up to 10 GB. Checked against the WithMe help centre on 16 October 2026.
| Item | Moves cleanly | Needs rebuilding |
|---|---|---|
| Products and files | PDFs, downloads, and audio files come across, within 10 GB | Offer structure, order bumps, and coupons are set up again |
| Course videos | Lessons, modules, and lesson text can be pulled with your login or from files you share | Quizzes and assessments do not move |
| Customers | Names and emails, from People then Export | Card details never move |
| Subscribers | The same CSV import covers subscribers as well as buyers | Email pipelines and sequences are rebuilt in WithMe flows |
| Active subscriptions | Access can be granted free until the next billing date, so nobody pays twice | The subscription itself restarts when the member pays on WithMe |
| Community | Member names and emails can be re-invited | Comments, likes, and member history do not move |
| Landing pages | Your logo and colours, if you send them | Kajabi pages do not export. Rebuild them, or buy Done For You |
| Your domain | You keep the domain. Pointing it at WithMe is a DNS change | Email DNS is checked first so mail keeps working |
What comes with you
- Courses, modules, lessons, and lesson text, pulled with your login or from files you share.
- Videos, PDFs, downloads, and audio, up to 10 GB on the free migration.
- Member names and emails from the Kajabi people export.
- Course access matched to what those members already had.
- Logo and colours, if you send them.
- Your domain registration. You stay the owner.
- A written note of who should see which product, which the team uses to set access.
- The Stripe account you connect on WithMe, so new payments land with you.
What you set up again
- Email pipelines and sequences. This is the largest rebuild. WithMe does not recreate them in the free migration.
- Landing pages and sales pages. They do not export.
- Quizzes and assessments.
- Coupons, order bumps, offers, and payment plans.
- Community comments, likes, and history. Re-invite members into a new community.
- Running subscriptions. Members pay again on WithMe. They are not billed twice for the same period.
What happens to paying members?
Kajabi holds the card. No platform can lift those details out and drop them into Stripe.
The usual path is: import names and emails, give the same course access, and keep that access free until the next Kajabi billing date.
You then send one link so the member restarts payment on WithMe before Kajabi charges again. Keep Kajabi live until that has happened. Connect Stripe on WithMe first.
How does the free migration via /switch work?
The free migration is included with the yearly plan ($300 / £300 / €300 a year, which is $25/month billed annually), up to 10 GB. It is not included on monthly billing. It is not a clone, and it is not the paid Done For You build. Done For You is separate and carries a 48-hour live guarantee: the hub is built within 48 working hours of a complete form, or work continues at no extra cost. The free migration's own timeline, from the help centre on 16 October 2026, is that most hubs are ready in 5 to 10 working days. Kajabi videos fetched one by one can take longer. Sharing original files speeds that up.
Checklist before you cancel Kajabi
- Export People.
- Download videos and files, or be ready to share them.
- Write down product access.
- Screenshot pipelines.
- Approve the new hub and move paying members.
- Tell members the date, ideally two weeks ahead, then cancel Kajabi.
Migrating from Kajabi: common questions
How do I migrate from Kajabi?
Export your people list, gather course files, and ask for a free migration check. WithMe moves courses, files, names, and emails on the yearly plan, up to 10 GB. You rebuild pipelines, pages, and quizzes.
Will my Kajabi members lose access?
Not if you keep Kajabi running until they have access on WithMe. Card details cannot move. Members keep free access until their next billing date, then restart payment on WithMe so they are not charged twice.
How long does a Kajabi migration take?
WithMe's help centre, checked 16 October 2026, says most free migrations are ready in 5 to 10 working days. A separate paid Done For You build has a 48-hour live guarantee. The free migration is not that product.
What does the move cost?
The migration is free with the yearly plan, up to 10 GB, at $25/month billed annually. Bigger libraries are quoted first, and you pay nothing unless you agree. It is not included on monthly billing.
Does WithMe replace every Kajabi feature?
No. WithMe is an all-in-one hub at $25/month billed annually with 0% commission, and it does not promise a clone of Kajabi pipelines, quizzes, or landing pages. Check the features you actually use before you move.
