Migrating from Skool means exporting members, bringing classroom courses across, and starting the community feed again. Points, comments, and active card subscriptions do not move. Start a 14-day WithMe trial.
The free migration is included with WithMe's yearly plan at $25/month billed annually (UK £25), up to 10 GB, and not with monthly billing. A no-card check starts on the switch page.
This follows WithMe's Skool guide (help centre article 14853701, checked 16 October 2026). WithMe is an all-in-one creator hub, not a link-in-bio: community, courses, coaching, and checkout, with 0% WithMe commission, a 14-day trial, and 8,000+ creators.
What do you export from Skool?
The member CSV is the list you can actually take. The feed itself stays behind.
- Admin, then Members, then Export CSV: names and emails.
- Classroom videos, PDFs, and downloads. Original files are faster.
- Screenshots of the classroom module structure, so you can check the new course against it.
- A note of who is on a free tier and who is paying, and their next billing date.
What moves from Skool, and what do you rebuild?
Free migration with the yearly plan, up to 10 GB. Help centre checked 16 October 2026.
| Item | Moves cleanly | Needs rebuilding |
|---|---|---|
| Products and files | PDFs, downloads, and audio from the classroom | Affiliate links are created again |
| Course videos | Classroom courses, modules, lessons, and lesson text | Quizzes do not move. The classroom structure is checked, not cloned |
| Customers | Names and emails from the member CSV | Card details stay with Skool |
| Subscribers | Free and paid members are in the same export | You decide who is invited into which WithMe channel |
| Active subscriptions | Access can be free on WithMe until the next Skool bill | The member restarts payment on WithMe. The Skool subscription does not port |
| Community | You open new channels, free or paid | Posts, comments, likes, points, and leaderboards do not import |
| Landing pages | Logo and colours, if you send them | Sales pages and email sequences are rebuilt |
| Your domain | A custom domain can point at the new hub | You announce the new home. Skool's in-app discovery does not follow you |

- Logo and colours, if you send them.

What you set up fresh
- Community channels. There is no bulk import of old posts.
- Points and leaderboards. Skool's gamification does not move.
- Affiliate links.
- Email sequences. Automated Skool emails do not migrate.
- Landing pages and sales pages.
- Quizzes, coupons, order bumps, and payment plans.
What happens to paying members?
Skool holds the card. It cannot be copied to WithMe.
Import the CSV, grant the same courses, and keep access free until the next billing date so members are not charged twice.
Send one link to restart the membership on WithMe before Skool bills again. Keep the Skool community up until people have moved.
How does the free migration via /switch work?
The switch page takes a free migration check. No card. You are told what will move from Skool, what will not, and how long it should take, within one working day. The free migration rides on the yearly plan at $25/month billed annually, up to 10 GB, and it is not on monthly billing. WithMe's help centre, checked 16 October 2026, says most hubs are ready in 5 to 10 working days. The Skool community stays live until you approve the new hub. The 48-hour live guarantee belongs to paid Done For You, a separate hub build, not to the free migration.
Checklist before you cancel Skool
- Export the member CSV.
- Download classroom videos and files.
- Screenshot the module structure.
- Approve the hub, move paying members, announce the date, then cancel.
