Sell the calls, then the content

Write the offer as a count and a result: six calls, a written plan, one outcome. A library of videos is a course. Do not describe a course and then try to deliver coaching.

Take payment before the calendar opens. A booking link with no checkout fills the week with people who are still thinking. The receipt is the confirmation.

Should I sell a course first?

Only if the course is the product. If the buyer wants your time, sell the time. A course can be the homework later.

Is Stan enough for a coach?

If the job is a checkout and a link, yes. Creator is $29/month or $300/year with a 0% transaction fee. It is not the hub.

When is Podia's 5% painful?

On a large package. 5% of $9,600 is $480, and Mover is also $504 for the year. Shaker drops the Podia fee if you are staying with Podia.

Do clients need an app?

They need the next call and the notes. WithMe includes customer apps on the plan. A branded App Store app is a separate add-on, not part of this price.
