What churches and ministries usually need
A community, a course, a membership people can pay for, a way to tell members about the next session, and a place members can open on a phone or a laptop. WithMe covers that list. It does not run donations, tithing, service planning or an attendance roll.
Community and groups
A community has posts, comments and threads. You can add tabs, which are separate spaces with their own access. A tab can be free, or it can have a monthly or annual price, and it can be tied to a membership tier or a course. A church can use a tab as a group. WithMe does not add a separate small-groups product on top of those tabs. You can require approval before a new member sees the community.
Courses and Bible studies
A course is chapters and lessons: video, text, images and files such as PDFs. A lesson or chapter can stay locked for a number of days before it opens. A Bible study is a course you fill with your own lessons. There is no Bible reading plan, scripture library or study module inside WithMe.
Memberships and paid programmes
You can sell a membership tier, a price on a community tab, or a course. Monthly and annual prices exist. WithMe takes 0% commission on those sales. Stripe and PayPal fees still apply. The hub is $25 per month billed annually (UK £25). This is a charge for access you choose. It is not a donation.
Live sessions, events and recordings
You can schedule a webinar with a date, a join link on Zoom or Google Meet, and an add-to-calendar action. A coaching call can be one person or a group, with a cap on places, and can open a Zoom meeting when Zoom is connected. Inside a community, an upcoming event can carry a Zoom, Google Meet or Teams link. A live recording can be limited to a membership tier for the replay. WithMe does not record every Zoom call for you.
Member app and email
Members can use the hub on the web and in the iOS and Android apps. A branded app, listed in the stores under your own name, is an add-on. It is not part of the $25 plan. Email broadcasts and sequences are in the same hub, so you can write to members without a second email subscription.
Moving from another platform
Free migration is included only with the yearly plan, up to 10 GB, once per creator. You can also import names and emails from a CSV on the customers page. Card details do not move. Posts, comments and points from another community do not come across as a feed. This page does not state how long a migration takes. Honest limits
WithMe is not church management software. It does not take donations or tithing, it does not plan a Sunday service, and it does not keep a congregational database.
