Coaching membership pricing
Can the coaching membership grow without exceeding your delivery capacity?
A practical decision guide, with no verified findings or benchmark. Calculator values are assumptions, not observed creator results.
Make access concrete
Define session frequency, group size, asynchronous feedback and response expectations. Unlimited access is hard to cost unless you also define how it is delivered. Separate a coaching membership from a single booked call or a fixed programme.
Price scarce time
Model hours per member and the hours you can reliably offer. The scenario shows capacity and gross billings at that capacity. Allow for preparation, follow-up and unbooked time; it is not an earnings forecast.
Protect the promise at renewal
A lower price can bring more support demand than you can meet. Before changing price, compare the promised service with delivery logs and member feedback. A retained payment alone cannot show whether the coaching outcome was achieved.
Outside research and guidance
These sources inform the decision framework. They are attributed to their publishers and are not observations of WithMe businesses.

A pricing model should reflect what distinct customer segments value and the service the business can deliver.
Limit: General business guidance; it does not measure coaching hours, outcomes or WithMe businesses.
Your assumptions, not research findings
Coaching capacity scenario
Starting values are illustrative arithmetic examples. Enter your own assumptions in a single currency.
Calculation: Capacity = floor(available hours ÷ hours per member); billings = capacity × price.
Assumes every place is paid and occupied. Include preparation, follow-up and time off.
The evidence this question needs
Proposed: established coaching businesses, with asynchronous tier coaching, recurring programmes and individual calls kept in separate formats.
- Reviewed coaching offer taxonomy; tiers 4 and 50–100 identify tier coaching but do not establish its service or niche.
- Delivery-hours evidence and recurring price snapshot; no outcome or capacity benchmark is verified.
Proposed minimum: 20 independently reviewed businesses per cohort. Sample size does not approve business stage, independence, statistical precision or disclosure safety.
- Source/schema review
- Data freshness
- Pending authorised export; no observations analysed
