The question comes first. Evidence earns the conclusion.
Reviewed results are limited to their stated cohort, window and definitions. Guides awaiting evidence remain draft and noindex.
What the price figures count
The price figures describe creators who made at least one sale in the 12 months to 22 October 2026. A sale counts when it was paid, not disputed and not fully refunded. One creator account is counted as one business. The figures are not split by niche yet.
Each creator’s prices are read in the currency most of their sales were in. WithMe lists every offer in several currencies, and the prices in other currencies are conversions, so they are left out. A creator whose sales were split evenly between currencies has no main currency, so they are left out too. Pound and dollar figures therefore describe different creators, and one is never converted into the other.
Each figure is the median across creators of that creator’s own median price for that kind of product, so every creator has one vote. We show the middle half of creators (the 25th to 75th percentile) instead of the lowest and highest price, because an extreme can point at a single creator. Any group under 20 creators is left out. Paid messages are left out too, because most of their prices are the default price.
The yearly discount compares each product’s yearly price with twelve monthly payments, for creators who list both on the same product. The share offering yearly counts creators with a monthly membership who also list a yearly price on that product. These are prices offered, not how many members chose yearly.

What you can use today
Each guide defines a business decision, practical trade-offs, a proposed cohort and the evidence still needed. Calculators use your assumptions. Their starting values illustrate arithmetic and are never presented as observed results.
This library is written for people with an existing creator or expert business. Reading a guide or signing up does not establish that a visitor qualifies as an established business.
Outside sources
Some drafts cite published research or guidance from other organisations. Each citation identifies the publisher and source date, explains why it is useful, and states where its population or method differs from the WithMe question. These sources provide context only. They never become WithMe creator observations, satisfy our publication gate or supply a niche benchmark without a comparable cohort and independent review.
Pricing: one business, one vote
Our pricing analysis starts with current visible list-price offers at one recorded snapshot. We calculate a median across comparable offers for each creator account, then, where accounts belong to one business, a median across them. In the published figures each account counts as one business. Finally we report an unweighted cohort median and middle half (25th to 75th percentile) across those business medians, with the number of creators behind it.
Currencies, exact billing interval and count, product format, reviewed niche, business stage and snapshot stay separate. We do not convert currencies or turn weekly, annual, one-time or instalment prices into monthly benchmarks. Display amounts are stored in minor currency units; all seven currently mapped currencies use 100 minor units per unit.
Free offers, inactive products, hidden products, drafts and payment plans are excluded from this initial list-price comparison. Hidden landing-page products may still be available to buy; excluding them defines a visible-offer cohort, not the whole market. Custom products (paid messages) are left out of the published figures.
Labels require independent review
A handle, account age, tier number, profile description or self-reported vertical never sets a niche. The published price figures use simpler rules, set out in “What the price figures count” above: one account counts as one business, and a creator counts once they have sold in the past year. Figures for a single niche wait for reviewed niche labels.
The proposed operational floor is 20 independent businesses per cohort. Below it, the offline pipeline emits no cell, count or extremes. Reaching it does not prove statistical precision, representative sampling or anonymity. Overlapping cohorts and rare prices still need disclosure review.
Publication is a separate decision
A guide becomes indexable only with an explicitly published status, a referenced dataset, a valid observation window, an unexpired freshness review and separate approval references for independence, business stage, niche, precision, disclosure and editorial sign-off. That same gate controls metadata and research sitemap inclusion. Draft URLs remain accessible for review; noindex is not access control.
Approved results must state the metric, sample size, median/range when appropriate, exclusions, window and data freshness. Our software cannot grant the human approvals. Publication review must also check whether a range or combination of cohorts could identify a business.
Payments, conversion and recovery
Current list prices describe offers, not what customers historically paid. Payment records, refunds and disputes need reconciliation and review of test, trial, manual-grant and imported records. There is no universal settlement flag in the inspected payment schema. A recorded positive payment is a candidate for a settled sale until an authorised reconciliation confirms it. Unreviewed settlement, incomplete payment history or incomplete reconciliation leaves first sale unknown.
Some cart-abandonment email-flow instances explicitly reference a checkout start. This associates a recorded send with that checkout attempt, but there is no universal checkout-to-settled-payment key. The separate follow-up audit counts creator-account send records, recorded opens/clicks and checkout associations after a mature seven-day window. Open pixels and tracked redirects do not prove human engagement, and a click can also record an open. Its proposed floor of 20 creator accounts still needs independent-business mapping and publication review. It does not measure sales or recovery uplift; a causal claim needs a credible holdout design.
Signup, activation and mature retention
Research events measure guide interactions, filter categories, calculator use and signup clicks through the existing GA4 setup on the production host. They carry no search text, calculator inputs or personal identifiers. A click is not a signup. Incoming UTM, referral and click attribution is preserved; research fallback tags are used only when existing UTM attribution is absent.
A qualified existing-business signup requires an explicitly reviewed completed creator signup and timestamp, joined to the independently reviewed business crosswalk. Account settings can be created before onboarding is complete, so their creation alone never qualifies a signup. Existing activation progress records the first observed saleable offer, payout setup, access-based sold signal and content. It is not proof of a settled sale, and its historical coverage begins with the existing activation rollout.
The offline lifecycle analysis separately reports observed four-component activation within 30 days, reconciled first positive sale within 30 days and creator paid-platform retention at day 30 after the earliest verified positive platform bill. Retention requires a net-positive bill and reviewed paid access for the same subscription, tier, exact billing interval and currency at that boundary, followed by thirty days for refund review. A matching creator account alone cannot establish paid retention. Missing lineage, paid-through boundary or settlement/refund/access review leaves it unknown. Retention cohorts stay separate by original paid plan. First-sale cohorts without sixty days of observation remain immature.
Source review and freshness
- Repository schema and logic reviewed
- Production observations
- Read-only export taken 22 October 2026, 07:17 UTC. It holds list prices and payment records and is kept private.
The source inventory covers users, creator settings and tiers, subscriptions and history, product prices and access, checkout starts, reminders, payment/refund records and activation logic. Source review is a review of code, not evidence of deployed columns, instrumentation coverage or current business performance.

These downloads describe the proposed aggregate output and missing evidence for every guide. They contain no creator records or sample findings.
Authorised exports stay private. Identifiers never enter the public aggregate contract or this site. Aggregate candidates still require disclosure and editorial approval before use.
