Platform for wellness practitioners and therapists: courses, memberships, bookings and programmes

Wellness practitioners and therapists can sell courses, memberships, bookings and digital programmes on WithMe. $25/month billed annually (UK £25), 0% WithMe commission, 14-day trial. Not a clinical records system.

WithMe Team·29 October 2026

Wellness practitioners and therapists ask whether one place can hold a course, a membership, a private community and a booked session. Some of those questions come from people already using a hub. This page does not publish a count of wellness businesses, and it does not treat that interest as a measured search volume.

WithMe is an all-in-one creator hub for creators, experts and coaches, including people who teach wellness. It is the simplicity of Stan Store with the functionality of Kajabi, not a link-in-bio page, and not a clinic system. The price is $25 per month billed annually (UK £25), with a 14-day trial and 0% WithMe commission. Stripe and PayPal fees still apply. More than 8,000 creators use WithMe.

What wellness practitioners sell online

Courses and class recordings, a membership, a private community, 1:1 or group sessions, and files such as a guide. WithMe can sell each of those from one hub. It cannot store clinical notes, treatment plans or a patient chart.

Courses and recordings

A course holds chapters and lessons: video, text, images and PDFs. A lesson or chapter can drip, opening after a delay measured in days. A class recording you already have is a lesson or a digital file you upload. A live recording can be limited to a membership tier for the replay. WithMe does not record every external call for you.

Memberships and a private community

Membership tiers can be monthly or annual. A community has posts, comments and threads, and tabs that can be free or paid. You can require approval before a new member sees posts. WithMe takes 0% commission on those sales. Stripe and PayPal fees still apply.

1:1 sessions and booking

A coaching call can be one person or a group, with a cap on places. When Zoom is connected, people booked at the same time share one Zoom meeting. Google Calendar is optional. A free session can instead send people to a booking link you already use. A webinar has its own date, a Zoom or Google Meet join link, and add to calendar.

Digital products (guides and files)

A guide, a workbook or a meal-plan file is a digital product: you upload the file and set a price, and the buyer gets access. WithMe does not build meal plans, log food or track workouts. Those files are downloads, not a nutrition or training app.

Email and landing pages

Broadcasts and sequences sit in the same hub as the course and the bookings. Each product has a sales page. A lead capture can have its own landing page, with the sign-up form on that page instead of only an inline form on the hub. This is not a visual funnel builder.

Privacy, and what WithMe does not do

WithMe is not a clinical records system and it is not practice-management software. Do not put session notes, diagnoses or health records in the hub, the community or the email. This page does not claim HIPAA compliance, a clinical certification, or a GDPR certification. WithMe publishes a privacy policy for the product. Client records belong in a system built for clinical work.

Questions from wellness practitioners and therapists

Can therapists use WithMe?

Yes, to sell courses, memberships, bookings and files. WithMe is a creator hub for creators, experts and coaches. It is not a clinical records system. Do not store client notes in it.

Can I sell 1:1 sessions?

Yes. Bookings can be 1:1 or a group, with a cap on places, and Zoom when you connect it. Google Calendar is optional. A free session can use an outside booking link.
